RM of Enfield’s story
The Rural Municipality of Enfield No. 194 became an incorporated rural municipality on December 13, 1909, bringing local government to the area in the years when settlement across southern Saskatchewan was taking shape.
Today the RM is governed by an elected council of six councillors and an appointed administrator, with the council meeting on the second Tuesday of every month. The municipal office is located in Central Butte.
